BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
· Develop, deploy, supervise, validate quality standards, quality management system, quality control plan.
· Manage ISO, Customer audit, Internal Audit, Document Control.
· Conducts activities with broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline and body of knowledge.
· A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
· Develops working knowledge of other related fields.
· Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
· Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
· Create project work plans and monitors progress; understands team role; able to work many tasks simultaneously.
· Prepares reports; able to explain work concisely and clearly; may present to customer if needed; can lead group discussions; can tailor discussions towards the audience.
· Works closely with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
· Contributes to area by ensuring quality of works provided by self and others.
· Facilitates the team process. Adheres to/supports decisions of the team.
· Works independently with limited supervision.
· Identifies and develops approach to solutions.
· Able to complete routine work; receives general instructions on new assignments.
· Assumes accountability to identify tasks required to achieve defined goals and improve service, efficiency, and quality of work.

- Ensure all audit findings are closed on time
· Manage Internal Audits
- Develop and implement internal audit program
- Lead and develop internal auditor team
- Ensure all audit findings are closed on time
· Manage Document Control
- Ensure all depts apply the document control system correctly and use the latest revision of documents.
· Lead, teach, coach, monitor performance of document control team and other staffs who report to me. Consult lower levels of employees with more complex issues.
2. DATA COLLECTION AND REPORTING
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly report of performance of QMS, audits, and document control.
3. SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
· Ensure your team is staffed, motivated, inspired, engaged and empowered to deliver a high and sustainable performance level in an ever-changing environment at a cost level the organization can sustain and reflects market realities.
· Ensure you have the right people in the right jobs, by consistently using proper interview and selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.
· Ensure a learning environment is in place and your team is trained and developed to consistently achieve your organization's expectations in both the short and long terms.

BS degree in engineering or sciences, prefer from the field of optics engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering.
At least 5 years in similar role at international manufacturing company.
1+ years managerial/leadership experience is a plus.
Understanding of quality system management principles.
Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 13485, IATF 16949 standards.
Solid background of using statistical and QA/QC tools to collect, research, and analyze data.
Familiar with FMEA, SPC, Customer service handling, 8D, and continuous improvement.
Be able to communicate and write in English.
Work independently with limited supervision.
