Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with experience in Procurement.
Experience in Construction, Interior Fit-out, Joinery, or MEP projects is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity measurement, cost control, payments, variations, and final accounts.
Practical experience in RFQ, quotation evaluation, supplier/subcontractor coordination, and
purchasing.
Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; good command of English is an advantage.
