QS Engineer

Perform Tender Documents:
• Bidding Documents Analysis, summed up the tender conditions
• Preparing Value Engineering Proposals for the projects.
• Preparation of quantity, cost estimation for all works (Mechanical/Electrical) and pricing, rate build-up of materials, labour, plants.
• Preparation of Mechanical/ Electrical Bill of Quantity (BOQ) based on assumptions for design and build projects / tender drawing & Specification includes all works.
• Site visits and assessments of existing site conditions
• Participate in planning the bid preparation; procedures and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Commercial proposal preparation.
Commercial Terms and Conditions:
• To assist in the preparation of tender documents to ensure the commercial tenders.
• Review of information about demands and deviation of supply and proposal preparations.
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.
Clarifications/ Deviations:
• Coordination to clarify technical proposal and commercial proposal as customer requirement
Prepares reports for the management such as summary schedules, proposal overviews, and cost/price summaries.
Preparation of Internal Calculation
Contribution in cost and price calculations
Request for supplier's quotes and compare prices for maximum ROI.
Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers
