WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
1. Q&L Training & Audit
Support in Setting up training/ audit plan (invitation, meeting room, tea break, gift, game....).
Following up with the attendance list, the trainee on the exercise, training assessment.
Following up with the audit nonconformities and record update.
2. Document Control
Support to:
Check code, name, format, template...
Email and follow up with each step.
Move page, Restriction confluence page, Set and follow the approval workflow.
3. Newsletter
Support to:
Collect information from the team.
Create and design a newsletter in Canva.
Publish in Confluence and SharePoint, send to all employees.
4. Kaizen System
Support promotion activities for Kaizen system (promotion video, banner, awards...).
5. PIO System
Support in checking PIO daily.
Support in PIO matrix and report monthly.
Support in Setting up training/ audit plan (invitation, meeting room, tea break, gift, game....).
Following up with the attendance list, the trainee on the exercise, training assessment.
Following up with the audit nonconformities and record update.
Check code, name, format, template...

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
Undergraduates majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Management.
English skills are equivalent to TOEIC 700.
Able to join at least a 6-month fulltime internship.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Integrity, responsibility, commitment, dependability.
Ability to work in a team, proactive, responsive, ability to deal with multi-tasks and retail attention.
HERE IS WHAT WE OFFER
Monthly Internship allowance + Parking free
1 day of paid leave per month
