Quality Associate Manager

Location: HCM with some travel to SEA based on business needs
Language Requirement: Fluent in English & Native Vietnamese
Job responsibility
Coordinate internal operations and cross-functional communication, as well as external contacts.
Manage and develop the quality team through training and performance assessment.
Conduct supplier evaluations and manage qualification or disqualification processes.
Compile, maintain, and analyze quality data and reports.
Handle daily departmental tasks and implement management directives.
Lead factory-level quality issue investigations and corrective actions.
Promote the digitalization of inspection and audit processes.
Improve production quality control and minimize customer complaints and returns.
Oversee quality control during pilot production.
Liaise with customers and third-party labs on testing standards and compliance.
