Mô tả công việc
- Act as a contractor representative at VinFast, supervising and ensuring product quality as per contract requirements
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of parts/products during the production process
- Coordinate with VinFast and the contractor to resolve quality-related issues
- Analyze defects and propose improvement solutions to ensure product quality
- Prepare regular reports on product quality status and issue reports for suppliers when defects arise
- Update and report daily work progress
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical - Electronics, or related fields
- Experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing plant, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, responsible, and improvement-oriented
- Proficient in English communication: able to chat with foreign engineers/managers and prepare reports in English
