Quality Assurance Manager

- Conduct and perform Company Quality Management System Strategies, lead the implementation and maintain quality management systems/ ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ UL / CE / ISO13485.
- R&D: Involve in the new product development process, define potential risk of quality, follow up and settle quality issues during development, trial and commercialization processes. Validate, propose specifications and qualify new product/package/material based on IEC, UL, UN, customer requirements.
- Supplier and/or CM: Build IQC standard and transfer to supplier or CM. Carry out audits and qualify new suppliers and/or CM. Monitor quality performance & follow up CAPA implementation of suppliers and/or CM.
- Production: Lead all the QA/QC activities at the production sites. Support production to improve production efficiency
- Develop QA Work Instruction (WI)/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), FQC standards for QA processes, monitor Cp, Cpk, Quality issues, initiate, verify and follow up the CAPA implementation.
- Customer: Initiate, verify and lead the implementation of CAPA for the Quality related issues from Customer/ Third party's complaints.
- Manage equipment/tools for measurement/testing as well as technical/quality related documents.
- Measure and rank QA/QC performance/implement Best in Class application (global audits, CAPA implementation & follow up audit).
- Manage, train and evaluate QA staff (SPC, QCC, DFMEA, MSA, Control plan, ...)
- Support the Kaizen implementation within the factories.
- Act as a single contact point for all QA/QC activities in the Company (IQC/PQC/OQC/ORT and Market defects)
