Quality Assurance Senior Staff

The QA Senior Staff is responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying and resolving quality issues for assigned items, and managing related testing and reporting processes. This role works closely with QC, Lab, Production, and other relevant departments to ensure quality compliance and customer satisfaction.
1. Quality Control & Problem Solving
Follow up on product quality and resolve quality issues related to assigned items.
Inspect and verify abnormal defects for items in charge, including Athletic sport categories and other products.
Cooperate with QC Leader and related departments to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
Handle customer complaints related to assigned items and request action plans from responsible departments to resolve issues.
2. Documentation & System Management
Prepare and update SOPs, quality matrixes, manuals, packing methods, SWB, and item history records.
Input and periodically update net weight, runner weight, packing methods, and packing material weight into the WL system.
3. Humidity Control & Monitoring
Follow up humidity test results and consolidate data into reports.
Prepare a weekly list of items planned for production to monitor humidity results and identify abnormalities.
Request action plans for any issues related to humidity testing machines.
4. Color Distinguishing Testing
Be responsible for annual color distinguishing tests for QC and Production departments.
Develop and implement testing plans.
Follow up testing progress and results in coordination with the QC Leader.
5. Laboratory Testing Management
Take responsibility for lab testing activities for assigned items.
Control and manage lab test plates required by customers.
Coordinate with the Lab team and related departments to standardize lab testing processes.
6. Shot Weight Data Management
Manage shot weight data for assigned items.
Check, update, and share shot weight data with Accounting and Color departments.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh (Hang Xanh - Thu Duc)/ Dong Nai (Bien Hoa) to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
