1. Responsible for improvement activity at factory and suppliers to enhance overall product and process quality.
2. Conduct evaluations to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and validate root causes.
3. Propose improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance within the factory and supplier.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- Have 3-4 years experience in relevant position.
- Have strong knowledge of quality management tools, including 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, PDCA, FMEA, and other quality improvement method.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement activities.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
