Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for the QA Department;
Conduct internal audits and drive continuous quality improvement across factory operations;
Prepare documentation for third-party quality certification audits;
Audit subcontractors in Knitting, Dyeing, and Printing processes;
Update quality standards and audit checklists based on customer requirements;
Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution;
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: University or college degree, major: Quality Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Yarn Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the textile industry, preferably with printed fabric;
Language: Good command of English and/or Chinese;
Knowledge & Skills: Good interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, able to work under high pressure & adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
Coordinate working time, overtime according to production demand.
