• Handle customer's Specification data sheet
• Collect product samples and Certificate of analysis from suppliers
• Compare product test results with specifications to ensure conformance with established standard
• Monitor quality analysis data, generate reports and present to management and clients.
• Customer complaint handling & Maintain customer complaint records. Collaborate with production teams/ suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
• Audit suppliers' manufacturers; participate in audits carried out by internal teams or external regulatory bodies
• Manage, monitor quality certificates of internal group company and suppliers
• Conduct field visits to monitor and advise the best set of practices to implement at farm level. Drive farmers and farms towards internationally recognized certification by adhering to sustainable farming practices.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/ Agricultural
• Experience: 1 year in Food/Agriculture industry
• Knowledge on pepper, turmeric, coffee, cassia is desired
• Knowledge on EU, US regulation for pesticide, microbiology, allergen,... other contaminants on agricultural products
• Knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, ISO 22000, RFA, Organic standards.
