About senior QC Position
We are seeking an experienced QC Lead to oversee testing activities and drive quality standards across projects. You will guide the Manual and Automation Testing team, collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, PM) and international clients, ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products across various domains.

Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the QC team (Manual & Automation), providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance support.
Define and drive test strategies, quality standards, and QC best practices across projects.
Drive automation initiatives and quality improvements, monitor key quality metrics, and coordinate release readiness.
Work directly on projects with a scope equivalent to a Senior QC Engineer, from requirement analysis and test planning through execution and release.
Design and execute manual and automation testing across functional, integration, regression, API, and other applicable areas.
Identify and investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with project teams to ensure product quality.
Requirements
Experience & Domain Knowledge
At least 7 years of experience in QC (Manual & Automation Testing)
Experience testing web, API, and/or mobile applications.
Experience working with global clients/stakeholders is a plus.
Technical & Core Skills
Testing Fundamentals: Solid understanding of QA/testing methodologies, SDLC/STLC, and test design techniques.
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework/tool (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or Postman/RestAssured for API testing).
Performance Testing: Hands-on experience with Jmeter
Programming/Scripting: Working knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in test automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#).
CI/CD & Tools: Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
AI Leverage: Hands-on with AI tool(s) to boost productivity (e.g., test case generation, script scaffolding, or defect analysis).
Analytical & Soft Skills
Ownership & Accountability: Take initiative and full responsibility for test quality and coverage across all sprints/releases.
Leadership & Training: Experience in leading teams, mentoring, and training QC members
Communication: Efficient English communication (both written and spoken) to work seamlessly with cross-functional and international teams.
