Position Summary: The Quality Manager will be responsible for Operating & managing all activities of the Quality Department including QC, Lab, Samples.
1. Specific Functions, Additional duties will include but not be limited to the following:
• Arrange all resources relevant to the quality dept to ensure the quality system operates fluently.
• Monitoring and managing activity from RM incoming, PM, each step during processing, WIP, FGs, shipping, testing, sampling, review, validation, calibration, verification effective of quality system.
• Establish, maintain, improvement continuously quality management system.
• Solving customer requirements, complaints, Supplier / Vendor management.
• Responsible for internal audit, all audit from customers, second party, third party. Follow up for CAPA and improvement.
• Training, coaching employees, follow Company policy, FS standard.
• Internal & external communication related to quality management systems to ensure the follow legal & regulation of local and imported countries, company quality policy.
• Consulting for BOD and central Quality on Quality management during implementation & operation.
Authority:
1. The Quality Manager will be able to delegate work, motivate the team, and adjust plans as needed to ensure quality goals are achieved.
2. Ensuring that Quality and Food Safety Management systems are established, implemented, maintained, and updated.
3. Reporting directly to senior management regarding system performance and suitability actions for improvement.
4. Communicate customer requirements throughout the company.
5. Independently implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
6. To be entitled to request and recommend superior innovation, and improvements in work.
7. To be entitled to request production to stop production and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality and food safety until the problem is resolved.
Yêu cầu
Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture or related majors.
Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies.
