### **Job Responsibilities**
1. **Test Planning & Design:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and cases based on project requirements and design specifications.
2. **Execution of Tests:**
- Conduct manual testing, including functional, non-functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
3. **Reporting:**
- Document and report test results.
- Provide regular updates and collaborate with the team to prioritize and track issues.
