Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Ho Chi Minh City Metropolitan Area.
The Quality
Control (QC) Specialist & In-House Tailor is responsible for inspecting garments at each production stage to ensure they meet the company's fit, finish, and craftsmanship standards. This role includes measuring and fitting clients, making pattern adjustments, and performing alterations to achieve precise tailoring results. The specialist documents quality issues, coordinates with production staff to resolve defects, and helps refine internal quality procedures.
Daily tasks also involve communicating with showroom staff to understand client expectations, prioritizing orders, and ensuring all finished pieces align with the brand's "Swiss Touch" level of precision and customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to inspect garments and manage quality at each production stage.
Experience in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to maintain and improve internal standards and processes.
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent structured production standards in apparel or tailoring.
Professional tailoring skills, including measuring, pattern adjustment, garment construction, and alterations for bespoke and made-to-measure pieces.
Attention to detail with a focus on fit, fabric handling, stitching quality, and finishing techniques.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with production teams, showroom staff, and clients in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple orders, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
Previous experience in luxury tailoring, bespoke menswear or womenswear, or high-end apparel production is highly beneficial.
Relevant vocational training or certification in tailoring, garment technology, or fashion production is preferred.
