Quality Engineer (calibration)

I. Key responsibilities and accountabilities
a. Key Responsibilities
- Investigating root causes of DEV/NCR and reporting
- Conducting NCR meetings to identify the root causes with 5W and corrective actions
- Following up and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions
- Analyzing data for all NCR/Q-Notes internal and external
- Providing monthly and weekly NCR/Q-Notes reports.
- Conducting internal production process audit about compliance in machining process period (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
- Following up and responding to customer's complaints.
- Updating quality non-conformance reports into customer's system
- Working closely with Technical engineers and Team members in order to full fill quality requirements from customers.
- Conduct awareness training about customer quality standards to all relevant departments.
- Being in charge of document control including customer / supplier properties related to our products.
- Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
- Establishing standards of service for customers or clients
- Performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Making plans and controlling the activities and performance of the QHSE mentoring where required.
- Writing procedures for QHSE system
- Working closely with all machinists, engineers and team members and employees to achieve the company's mission, strategy, and objectives.
- Maintain personal and professional development appropriate and consistent to the needs of the business.
- Ensuring the strictest and highest confidentiality is adhered all times.
- Ensuring all compliance and ethical practices are full adhered to.
b. Accountabilities
- Have accountability on announcing occupational accidents, incident at the Company.
- Have accountability on the compliance to all standards and related legal requirements of the company
- Making sure the development of relevant documentation done on time and as expected.
