Quality Engineer

The Employee will be expected to drive quality activity to completion for the Joint Venture Enterprise (JVE). Will be responsible for internal quality process development, incoming, outgoing, and on-line quality inspection along with other tasks related to strong quality performance and process within the company. The employee will organize resources and people correctly to deliver results internally and with partner companies. The employee is required to work closely with senior level quality team and production staff, as well as working across departments or team members of the parent organization.
The employee will need to think critically to drive results, create strong relationships, and take accountability for plant quality management across specified projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Control quality of incoming parts from suppliers: sampling inspection, sample parts qualify
• Manage and develop internal quality processes: PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC
• Engage in verifying and creating inspection standards
• Audits & review internal processes as per required schedule
• Take countermeasures after receiving information of non-conforming parts found from customer
• Scrap parts management
• Perform communication on system: Processes change request, Design change request, Deviation, Reliance, ....
• Analyze quality data to look for risk points and action plan for improvement
• Communicate with partner companies and others department to resolve quality issues
• Control Quality Equipment calibration planning and execution
• Maintain internal documentation system
• Train and qualify inspector and operator inspection skills.
• Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/ data/ information/ activities
• PPAP, APQP, CAR, CAPA control status and submit in daily.
• Prepare items for new project coming: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Gages, SOP
