POSITION SUMMARY
1. Make pre-product / production / final inspection in supplier around Hanoi.
2. Follow and arrange corrective and preventive actions with supplier.
3. Training supplier on quality control system.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make pre-product / production / final inspection in supplier around Hanoi and release result.
• Do online inspection for continuous improvement products if necessary to ensure corrective and preventive action is efficient, and also check in future production.
• Send feedback of production progress and material condition to sourcing during order tracking.
• Do inspection during whole process for important orders (new item / VIP client's major products / large quantity orders) to ensure good quality and shipment.
• Make training for worse basic factory to conduct simple control according to product specification.
岗位概述
1. 负责各个供应商工厂的产前 / 产中 / 成品检验。
2. 跟踪产品质量问题的持续改进跟踪和实施。
3. 对供应商进行基本的质量体系培训。
主要职责
• 负责根据订单部门提供的准确工厂交货期,自主同工厂确认可以验货的时间去工厂验货,并对货物做出最终判定。
• 对持续改进的产品如有必要进行现场跟踪验证,确保工厂给出的纠正预防措施有效,并在后续大货中验证。
• 如有跟单安排,需及时反馈采购工厂生产进度和物料情况。
• 对重点订单(新品 / VIP客户重点产品 / 数量较大订单),要全程跟踪工厂品质情况,确保无质量隐患,顺利出货。
• 对品质基础较差的工厂,辅导其根据产品规范要求进行简单的质量控制。
