- Control document, Maitainance, Update WI/ Procedures of Weldement site
- Control WPS/POR/ WPQR for new welder.
- Tracking equipment calibration and update new equipment.
- Training internal arrange WI/Procedure for Operator per 3 month/time. Event Specification form customer
- Tracking NCR Or RMA and find root cause, corrective action for NCR top. (Include NCR from all vendor )
- Review FAIR and Inspection report of Vendor before delivery components.
- The Quality control inspectors make sure that products meet standards of quality and safety. Responsible for performing inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacture of products.
- Performs mechanical and weldment inspection to ensure all quality aspects of the job are met exactly.
- Checks documents for accuracy and compliance to requirements
- Read and interpret information from engineering drawings, travelers, specifications, and other documents to generate a complete and precise inspection report/record.
- First Piece/First Article, Receiving/incoming inspection, in-process, final inspection.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
* Working Time: 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
- Shuttle Bus: Shuttle bus service is available upon registration. (HCM and Bien Hoa route)
- Location: D3, Phu Tan Industrial Park , Thu Dau Mot , Ho Chi Minh
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required (Manufacturing / Mechanical, Industrial System Engineer is preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required, preferably in machine shops, assembly cleanrooms, the semiconductor industry, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Similar work environment in a Manufacturing Industry is a must.
- Having a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certificate is an advantage.
- Intermediate written and communication in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
