Quality management system ( qms ) leader

Job title: QMS Leader
Report to: Quality Manager
Scope of work:
• Take lead to implement, maintain, develop and ensuring the intergirty and efffectiveness of the quality management systems throughout the whole company whilst ensuring that it constantly meets international standards, and is in line with the QM standards of the Gentherm group
• Follow up corrective actions and continue improving the management system throughout the entire organisation
• To support and cultivate a culture of First-time quality and Zero Defects and Continuous improvement
Responsibilities
• Establish and supervise annual audit plan including system audit, process audit, product audit and line audit.
• Lead the implementation of Gentherm's management system according to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 & BS/OHSAS 18001 to ensure that the integrity of quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
• To coordinate all processes as defined by Gentherm Process landscape to ensure the integration of the quality management system requirements into the organization's process and processes are delivering their intended outputs
• Lead the process of communicating the importance of effective quality management system and of conforming to the quality management system requirements
• Organize all customers annual system audits and process audit, definition of the corrective actions for deviations and improvement of customer audits with related departments;
• Lead, analysis and summary of all internal and external audits result and customer audit result, Following the status of corrective actions of internal and external audits and customer audits make effective check;
• Supervise of the process for control of Product and Systems Related documents conducted by Document Controller
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of quality system and fulfillment with customer requirements;
• Supervise for all types of audit from QMS member by the QMS Engineer
• Supervise of product, line and project audit conducted by the Quality Auditor
• Supervise of measure equipment management and MSA work by the MSA Engineer
• Gentherm Vietnam Quality Lab management
• Other tasks as assigned
