Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Coating, $1900, ID 20006)
Develop and implement QM/QA/QC systems and drive continuous improvement
Monitor product quality, conduct root cause analysis (8D, RCA) and manage CAPA
Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions
Oversee incoming material inspection and supplier quality management
Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
Establish SOPs, quality standards, FMEA, SPC
Manage and develop the quality team (Product Quality & Customer/Compliance)
Collaborate with global teams on quality standards
Requirement
Gender: Male, Age: Under 40 years old
Graduate from University
Have 5 years of experienceas a Quality Manager in manufacturing companies: coating, chemical, printing, or garment industries.
Hands-on experience working with multi-color products, with a solid understanding of color mixing and color inspection/control
Good at English
