KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct shipment inspections and generate detailed reports.
Monitor and drive non-conformity management (DPR/Quality) to ensure strict factory compliance with Decathlon quality standards.
Perform Quality Control Plans and Review findings weekly and execute Corrective Action Plans (CAP) to address root causes.
Maintain standard quality routines between Decathlon and suppliers to sustain long-term performance.
Provide operational support to teammates as assigned by the team leader.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background: At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field (Prior knowledge or understanding of shoe manufacturing & quality management field is preferable).
High level of integrity, honesty, and transparency.
Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a hardworking attitude.
Growth mindset with the resilience to learn directly from mistakes and feedback.
Clear communication skills and a decisive, objective approach to continuous improvement.
