Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Quality Supervisor (Food, Negotiable, ID20046)
Manage and supervise QA team activities
Implement, maintain, and improve food safety systems (BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, FSMA)
Conduct and organize internal audits
Monitor compliance with SOPs, WI, and quality standards
Handle customer complaints and internal non-conformities
Support and lead external audits from certification bodies
Analyze data and prepare reports for management
Develop SOPs and quality procedures
Drive continuous improvement (5S, Kaizen)
Coordinate with related departments
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field
3-5 years of QA experience in food manufacturing (mandatory)
Experience with food safety standards (BRC, FSSC, IFS, SQF, FSMA)
Fluent in English
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good data analysis and reporting skills
