1. Establish quality procedures, maintain and manage quality records and documentations.
2. Develop and oversee implementation of inspection Plans/Standards
3. Manage, update and approve procedures, works instructions, audit reports, quality plans, inspection records, change control, corrective and preventive action plans and traceability documentation
4. Develop process auditing routines to assure compliance to established procedures
5. Actively coordinate and be responsible for new product launch activities as assigned
6. Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu
1. A minimum of 5 years of work experience in Quality Management
2. Preferred experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and process control
3. Knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO900, etc), certification in ISO preferred
4. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
5. Knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and test processes
6. Experience with non-conformance systems, audit programs.
7. Analytical thinking and basic statistical/SPC, data interpretation
8. Familiar with tools like FMEA, MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)
9. Intermediate English proficiency.
