Quality Management SupportAssist in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS), including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance checks; help document findings and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Assist in analyzing operational data, guest feedback, and performance indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies under the guidance of the Manager
Sustainability & Environmental Initiatives
Assist in executing sustainability programs related to waste management, energy efficiency, water conservation, and resource optimization
Support monitoring of environmental performance metrics and sustainability KPIs
Help ensure daily operational practices align with sustainability goals and environmental regulations
Participate in supplier and vendor sustainability assessments when required
Training & Communication
Support the development and delivery of training programs on quality standards, sustainability practices, and compliance requirements
Assist in raising awareness among employees about quality, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement culture
Prepare draft reports, dashboards, and presentations on quality and sustainability performance for management review
Compliance & Coordination
Support coordination with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as directed by the Manager
Assist in maintaining proper documentation, records, and certification requirements
Help identify potential quality or environmental risks and escalate issues proactively
Yêu cầu
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality management, sustainability, or a related field (hospitality, operations, or manufacturing preferred)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar management systems
Familiarity with continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, etc.)
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and track KPIs
Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices
Experience supporting audits and corrective action processes
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Vietnamese is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP or quality systems is a plus
