Conduct pre-production sample approvals and participate in pre-production meetings.
Perform in-line and final inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Apply AQL sampling standards during inspections.
Inspect incoming raw materials and report non-conformities promptly.
Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and Customer Service team to arrange inspection schedules aligned with delivery timelines.
Perform quality checks on high-value shipments prior to dispatch.
Provide technical advice and quality improvement recommendations.
Prepare and submit weekly quality reports to the QA/QC Manager.
Collect and manage CO2e emission data; identify opportunities to reduce emissions in office and production operations.
Oversee environmental reporting and compliance documentation.
Support and maintain local and international certifications and audit requirements.
Conduct internal training on social and environmental compliance standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to social and environmental responsibility standards.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental or related fields).
Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in labels, packaging, or garment trims manufacturing industry.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of AQL and quality inspection standards in printing/packaging manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
Willing to travel to factories, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail.
