Monitor progress: Regularly follow up with team members to track progress and identify any potential delays or issues that may impact timelines.
Organize and coordinate: Coordinate the workflow between departments, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
Maintain schedules: Help develop and maintain project timelines, and assist in adjusting schedules when necessary to account for changes or delays.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact between different teams, ensuring smooth and efficient communication regarding task completion and any adjustments.
Proactively identify roadblocks or issues that may arise during the development process and work to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Provide general administrative support to the production team as needed.
