JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities and duties for an Office Manager include:
• Keep office running smoothly by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and managerial tasks.
• Be responsible for the overall performance of the office with focus on organization & management.
• Oversee office security, hygiene, cleanliness and ensure physical security operation.
• Assist in setting up budget plan for office & admin, supervise and control expenditures under budget.
• Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationship.
• Executive assistant: assist the CR/Director in following up with key leaders and business partners, managers to execute the tasks.
• Ensure the legal issues by providing the opinions, review the contract/agreement and implement the contact efficiently.
• Other tasked assigned by board of director.
REQUIREMENTS
Office Manager has to be adaptable and possess many hard and soft skills to assist the office teams effectively. Successful Office Manager candidate should have the following skills or qualifications:
• A bachelor degree or equivalent.
• Ideal applicant's age: 35 - 40 years old.
• Around 5 years of experience working in representative office specializing in the pharmaceutical field.
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
• Must be English proficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities and duties for a Sales & Marketing Manager include:
• Manage a small team effectively, strict discipline, comply all official obligation in Vietnam.
• Responsible for organizing the implementation of business and marketing plans to achieve yearly business target with monthly & quarterly targets with a healthy relationship with customers.
• Manage customer database and expand suitably as per the requirement of business.
• Monitor and strictly follow-up for existing registration process /job as well as find suitable registration strategy to obtain new registration from DAV at the earliest.
• Build & renew all the relationship in Pharma industry (with Importer, Customer, Testing centers, SOH in different province, customizes, etc.).
• Initiate Hospital sales/tender business in order increase the profitability of business and size of business.
• Make yearly/quarterly business budget and Expense budget including (monthly expenses, registration expense etc.).
• Other tasked assigned by board of director.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales & Marketing Manager has to be adaptable and possess many hard and soft skills to assist the office teams effectively. Successful Sales & Marketing Manager candidate should have the following skills or qualifications:
• Qualification: Bachelor and above.
• Good communication skills, knowledge about the pharmaceutical market.
• More than 3 years of experience in managing sales and marketing departments in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Dynamic, able to work independently.
• Ability to manage and supervise the work team.
• Accepting to work away.
• Must be English proficiency.
