Make sure the office center is run professionally with a friendly attitudePro-actively expand existing customer base, reach out to potential customers via company's channels and negotiate contract to gain new customersBe the key point of contact for customers, provide professional consulting & friendly services about office setting up & workplace strategy as you walk customers to tour the centerPrepare new office for customer to move-in, onboarding new customers to make sure they settle in happily, time-to-time check in to resolve quickly any issues coming upMaking sure staffs deliver mails, send packages, answer phones, book and prepare meeting room, order offices supply as requested by customersOrganize community event, develop partnership to bring in member perks
