We are currently recruiting for the position of Quantity Surveyor MEP to work at 801 Nguyen Van Linh, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
1. New Project Tendering works_take off quantity
2. Project VO cost and quantity check
3. Project budget estimation
4. Infrastructure cost and quantity check
5. Renovation/ Furnishing/Infrastructure and other tender works; take off quantity
Education: Graduated with a degree in
Electrical Engineering in HCMC University of Technology, Architecturec,..
Specialized skills:
- Electrical Engineering or Quantity surveyor MEP,
- Good at in English communication
- Software skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel, experience with BIM software for quantity surveying is a plus
Experience: Over 3 years experiences in QS MEP position work at Consultant, Investor, Contractor,..
Soft skills: Persistence, discipline, able to withstand pressure, eager to learn

• Salary: Negotiable (Salary during 2-month probation: 100% salary + 910,000)
