Quantity Surveyor, Schedule & QAQC Manager (QS - Real Estate Focus)

1. Quantity Surveyor Scope (Prioritized)
- Develop accurate investment estimates, total investment budgets, and construction budgets within required timelines.
- Control construction investment costs and project budgets to achieve financial objectives and optimize construction expenses.
- Apply a solid understanding of construction contract types for budgeting, cost control, and contractor evaluation.
- Ensure contractor selection proposals are prepared on schedule.
- Establish and maintain a categorized supplier list by package/project/type of works to support strategic sourcing for the Procurement Department.
2. Schedule Management
- Ensure the Master Timeline for each project is developed on time and aligned with all relevant departments, covering phases from legal procedures to handover and operation.
- Monitor project progress, provide timely reports, flag potential delays early, and propose mitigation measures.
3. QAQC Management
- Deploy construction QAQC systems for all Project Management Units (PMUs).
- Conduct compliance inspections and evaluations of PMUs and contractors based on technical standards and required documentation.
