Assist in preparing quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Support the preparation of cost estimates and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for construction projects.
Help review drawings and project documents to identify scope and quantities.
Assist in preparing tender documents and cost breakdowns.
Support the comparison and evaluation of subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Maintain cost records and pricing databases for future estimates.
Assist in monitoring project costs, variations, and budgets.
Support the preparation of cost reports and progress claims.
Help track project expenditures and identify cost deviations.
Maintain and organize project cost documentation, contracts, and records.
Coordinate with
project managers, engineers, and subcontractors regarding cost-related matters.
Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and updated.
Basic understanding of construction drawings and quantities.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Advanced English skills (both verbal and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and quantity take-off tools is an advantage.
