Assist in developing and formulating new vermicelli products and process improvements.
Conduct small-scale and pilot-scale production trials for product and process validation.
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency with R&D formulations and parameters.
Evaluate raw materials for suitability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collect and analyze data from experiments and prepare technical reports and documentation.
Assist in shelf-life studies and sensory evaluations of new and existing products.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company policies.
Provide technical support for process troubleshooting and scaling up from lab to production.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in food product development, preferably vermicelli production.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate in English.
