Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an R&D Manager/Director (Metal/Mechanical, Open for Vietnamese and Expat), $4000, ID14372)
Development of new production technology
Streamline and optimize existing production processes
Control progress, optimally combine resources to develop new products
Understand the technical regulations and product design requirements of each customer.
Assist in handling customer complaints, and making improvements

Requirement
Male/Female. Age: 30 - 50 years old. Open for Chinese/ Taiwansese
University graduate or higher in Technical/Technical/Mechanical/Manufacturing field Industry
Having 5 years of experience in management in a similar position in research and product development for metal/mechanical manufacturing plants.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks software
Fluent in Chinese or English
