Develop and implement long-term technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and lead the engineering team to ensure timely delivery and product quality.

Establish and maintain modern software development practices, including CI/CD and security frameworks.
Be actively involved in game system architecture and content development.
Take ownership of team development, including hiring, training, and mentoring technical staff.
Collaborate with the Management team to support company growth and
business development strategies.
At least 5 years of experience in a R&D Manager, Software Development Manager or equivalent leadership role in the Game and Web development industry.
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Solid hands-on experience in game development, particularly with large-scale projects and a strong game development portfolio.
Proficient in Mini Game technologies and up-to-date with current industry trends.
Strong background in game systems, website development (both frontend and backend), and API development.
In-depth understanding of version control, software development lifecycle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in Jira and other project management tools.
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate effectively with international teams and partners.
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to innovate and make sound decisions under pressure.
