- New Product Development: Research and develop RTD tea beverages (black, green, herbal, functional teas). Monitor market trends in tea, wellness, and functional drinks.
- Formulation & Trials: Develop formulas, experiment with flavors, sweeteners, and natural extracts. Prepare lab-scale samples, manage recipes, and organize sensory evaluations.
- Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects on schedule.
- Scale-Up & Standardization: Prepare technical documents and raw materials; participate in industrial-scale trials for new and improved products.
- Quality & Shelf-Life: Conduct shelf-life testing, monitor retention samples, and perform analysis and evaluations per procedures.
- Technical Support: Resolve quality issues, production troubles, and provide support as requested by customers or internal teams.
Yêu cầu
* Education & Experience
- University degree in Food Technology or relevant
- 2-3 years in beverage R&D, preferably in RTD tea or functional drinks
- Strong knowledge of tea (varieties, brewing methods), flavor chemistry, and sensory evaluation
- Understanding of production processes and culinary techniques
- Proficient in MS Office
- Very Good English skills (Korean speaking is a plus)
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, self-learning, problem-solving; Time management
