R&D Supervisor

1. Research & Development Operations
• Research and develop manufacturing procedures for new cosmetic formulations (bulk products)
• Collaborate with Headquarters and related departments to develop formulas and bulk manufacturing procedures
• Conduct laboratory sample preparation and stability testing for new products
• Evaluate bulk trial runs and analyze stability test results
• Prepare final reports for trial runs and development activities
2. Technical Problem Solving & Quality Improvement
• Investigate and troubleshoot bulk-related issues occurring in related departments
• Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Improve manufacturing procedures to enhance productivity and maintain stable product quality
• Support commercialization and technical transfer of new formulations and technologies
3. Laboratory & System Management
• Manage and update SOPs/WIs according to departmental operations
• Prepare and maintain laboratory infrastructure and equipment calibration
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures and standards
4. Training & Team Development
• Prepare technical training materials and conduct theory/practical training sessions
• Support technical capability development for team members
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide technical guidance
