What You'll Do:
Discover and engage with prospective clients, including business owners looking to expand and investors interested in purchasing or selling the commercial real estates.
Utilize cold calling and social media strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities across leasing, purchasing, and selling.
Foster meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring continuous follow-up and deal closure.
Conduct research to match properties with the specific needs of clients and investors, driving satisfaction and repeat business.
Keep our customer database meticulously up-to-date and manage various communication streams with clients, investors, and fellow agents.
Participate in creative marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and the development of promotional materials.

Yêu cầu công việc
What We're Looking For:
Good communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage clients effectively in both written and verbal forms.
Experience in tele-sales, cold calling, or real estate is highly advantageous.
Holding a local real estate license is preferred, but not required.
A willingness to learn and grow; comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
