- Project Support: Assist in coordinating activities such as document collection, project timeline management, and preparation of documentation for new store development.
- Contract Review and Analysis: Support in reviewing contracts/agreements and legal documents; summarize key terms and conditions for management review.
- Document Preparation & Management: Draft and format letters, memos, and other legal documents; maintain accurate records and files related to store development projects, including contracts, drawings, and reports.
- Internal Approval Preparation: Collaborate with other departments (Legal, Accounting, Marketing, Operations) to prepare documents and submissions for internal approval processes.
- Reporting & Data Management: Support data entry related to lease agreements and prepare periodic summary reports and detailed information updates.
- Managerial Support: Perform other tasks and assignments as requested by the direct supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university majoring in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong reading comprehension and writing skills, with good numerical and analytical ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and meticulous in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
