Advise on deal structures for expansion and development of supermarkets and/or commercial centers
Identify and mitigate legal risks relating to commercial and real estate transactions
Provide advice and propose solutions in order to secure supermarket/ commercial center expansion/development projects
Draft, update and review major contracts such as land lease agreement, building lease agreement, project transfer contracts, assets transfer agreements, share purchase contracts, construction contracts and other related legal documents
Prepare and participate in meetings/negotiations with authorities, landlords, investors, partners...
Make translations in English and Vietnamese languages if needed.
Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by Head of Real Estate Legal.

PROFILE:
Education : Bachelor of law (Legal Practice Certificate is a plus)
Experience : 3-5 years of legal professional practice (reputable Vietnam law firms, foreign law firms, MNC in Vietnam)
Attitude: Hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
Language: native in Vietnamese, fluent in English.
