This position is responsible for the supervision of accounts receivable department. They oversee the timely collection of all receivables; maintain the A/R system; reconcile daily receivables and credit card processing. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
Responsibilities:
• Reconciling and confirming AR with customers by email and by hard reconciliation form;
• Issuing Invoice timely; Controlling discounts; Preparing and seeking approval debit note and then sent periodically to customers;
• Supporting monthly closing book; completing AR report and debt highlight report;
• Completing AR aging report, reviewing bad debt, clear pending cases;
• Verifying all credit card sales are settled, payments are received from the banks and no unsettled sales vouchers remain;
• Working closely with the Aud
it Manager for bad debt prevention and collection;
• Verifying accounts receivable documentations and credit grant in compliance with company procedures; Counseling practices from the Income Auditor;
• Assuring invoices and all supporting evidences filed and kept in order;
• Participating in Audit Committee meetings and discuss any problems relating to accounts receivable.
• Other duties as instructed by Manager.

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant professional fields;
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role focusing on Receivable Accountant in a medium or large sized multinational organization;
• Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point);
• SAP experience is advance;
• Well organized, multitask, detail oriented, problem solving.
• Solid and professional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to act and understand a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with particular attention to details.
• Must have the ability to respond to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy.
