• Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling
• Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
• Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
• Manage meeting room booking
• Manage company taxi cards and parking services
• Manage stationery for the office
• Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
• Support internal staff-sales and other events of the company.
• 3rd - 4th year student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Hospitality or related fields.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Commitment: full-time or at least 4 days/week for 6 months internship.
• Good ability of English communication.
• Strong customer focus.
• Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
