Mô tả công việc
• Oversee daily facilities operations, including maintenance, vendor performance, and compliance with Client's standards
• Manage front desk duties: greet visitors, handle calls, coordinate meeting rooms, and oversee visitor access
• Support financial activities by monitoring budgets, expenses, and reporting through our systems
• Collaborate with vendors, landlords, and corporate security to ensure optimal service delivery and workplace safety
• Provide administrative support including mail handling, document preparation, and work order logging
Yêu cầu
• Min. 2 years experience in facilities coordination, reception, or office management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Familiarity with facility management operations preferred.
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to manage vendors and budgets effectively.
