Mô tả công việc
Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests with the hotel's standard;
Check the number of available rooms, proactively sell walk-in rooms to optimize the hotel's revenue;
Introduce guests to other services offered by the hotel and current promotional programs;
Handle incoming and outgoing calls for the hotel, ensuring accurate and compliant call transfers;
Arrange airport pick-up and drop-off for guests, noting details in the logbook for shift follow-ups;
Ensure all guest complaints and grievances are appropriately addressed, with resolutions promptly executed and communicated in a professional manner;
Keep cleanliness in the work area, ensuring it is always tidy and organized;
Other tasks as requested by department management.
Yêu cầu
BA degree in Hotel Management or related fields;
Possess a customer service orientation, excellent communication and information skills.
Good Japanese communication both written and verbal.
Basic English communication is a plus.
