Mô tả công việc
Welcome guests and do check-in, check out, cashier, ask the customer to fill out the questionnaire
Answer the hotline, receive information from the client, support and record for the daily customer amount, report by the end of the day
Receive feedback and resolve trouble relate to customers
Instruct customer to use the health check service
Settlement with the accounting dept at the end of each workday
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year of experience in the position of Customer Care, Receptionist, Coordinator, ...
Fluent in English, and has Japanese is an advantage
Good communication skills, work organization skills, good time management
Positive attitude and willingness to accept newly assigned tasks
Flexibility, ability to withstand high pressure
Independent and well-self-controlled with honesty and sincerity, responsibility.
