Mô tả công việc
• Receiving visitors, customers and tenants at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Ensure reception area with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and ...)
• Ensure lobby, lift lobby and public area at the Ground floor are tidy and well presentable.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office building security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Receive customer request and pass to related or in charge departments immediately.
• Make report and record all tenants request, building incidents...
• Make report of building utilities.
• Order front office supplies, utilities, flowers and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings (if any)
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing (if any)
• To carry out other jobs are assigned by Building Director.

Yêu cầu
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative or similar role is plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Good English communication or additional certification in English is a plus.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Required at list College degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
