• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of KPMG.
• Manage visitor registration and notify relevant staff of guest arrivals.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries; route them accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a tidy, professional, and well presented reception area at all times.
• Provide day to day administrative support, including document handling, courier coordination, mail distribution and transportation arrangement for staff.
• Support meeting room bookings and coordination, including room setup and liaison with internal teams where required.
• Promptly inform the office building's management to fix small facility repairs under their responsibilities.
• Support other administrative tasks as assigned by the
Admin Manager.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative support role, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment
• Experience working in an international office/organization is an advantage
• Pleasant personality, ability to deal with front-desk issues in a timely and effective manner
• Team oriented, proactive, hard-working, responsible
• Ability to work in shifts, so flexibility is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• University graduate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
