To ensure safety and comfort of the guest using the Swimming Pool & Gym.
 Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
 Ensures the highest possible standard of hygiene, cleanliness and orderliness of the swimming pool, wet facilities, and indoor changing area.
 Controls all pool/Gym linen according to the department operation procedures.
 Supports the implementation of the People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt's Values and Culture Characteristics.
 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee Handbook and the Hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
