🔹 Job Scope
Consult and introduce products/services to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Achieve sales targets according to the company's business plan.
Manage contracts, monitor payments, and handle receivables.
Analyze market potential, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports.
Support marketing-related activities as assigned.
🔹 Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales; experience in ERP/CRM solution companies is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing interactions.
Ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Solid understanding of CRM concepts; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is required.
Japanese proficiency (N2) or English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5.
