Rearching and reporting about IT company and ICT industry
Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Manager Actively working for the Manager on sourcing.
Produce necessary reports and supporting documents about recruitment
Follow and tracking recruitment tools
Maintain recruitment metrics and produce reports
Assist with administrative tasks related to the hiring process
Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and strategies.
Help with other administrative tasks related to hiring, such as filing and organising documents
Yêu cầu
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resource or Business Administration.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks according to their importance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
Understanding of labour laws and regulations.
